4-9-13 // This beat is mean!!!!!!

3-22-2013 // Two new school MC’s both born in the 90’s spitting meaningful content. The beat by Funk Volume’s DJ Hoppa sounds like some straight vintage throw back shit. Smooth joint with a good message and solid-ass lyrics.

3-14-13 // When super lyrical MC’s like Apathy and Celph Titled step to you to be on a joint, you want to spit something really interesting lyrically cuz you know they’re gunna kill it..(and as expected those boys went HARD!!!)….So when Apathy sent me a beat called “Caveman,” I wanted to go left field and real heavy with it. I thought back to when the Nation of Islam and the Nation of God’s and Earths were a heavy influence in HipHop and a lot of black kids that I knew used to tell me white folks were cavemen out of the Caucasus mountains and we were devils before we were even born…I wanted my verse to be the blue-eyed, leprosy-infected demon’s theme music. Selling drugs to the community, raping and destroying cultures and creating AIDS…I wanted everything bad ever said to me about white people in my verse, mixed in with a lot of truths too. Also to the Nation of Gods and Earths the 85’ers are those that are dumb, deaf and blind with no knowledge of self, so I purposely only wrote 85% of my verse on the topic till I switched into typical whiteboy stereotypes like wrestling, bar brawlin, and lacrosse playing. This is probably the most anti-Caucasian verse ever written, but it was written by a self deprecating weirdo white guy so i think its funny and it works…
I swing low, like Jim Crow…enjoy.
Also this appears on the Demigodz brand new album Killmatic which is out right the fuck now. Pick that shit up, ASAP… !!!

3-13-13 // Classic R.A. The Rugged Man and Vinnie Paz, off Paz’s latest album God Of The Serengeti.

3-1-13 // Pharoahe Monch still got it. He got extra super lyrical as he usually does on this feature he did for Torae’s upcoming album. Plus I’m an old school head so I love his little Whodini “One Love” homage thoughout the verse.

2-28-13 // Old school veteran Erick Sermon of the legendary EPMD produced this joint and teamed up with new school MC from Atlanta, Georgia Jarren Benton. A little after recording this song Jarren went on to sign with Hopsin and his Funk Volume label.

2-27-13 // Song of the day don’t always gotta be some Hip Hop shit. This joint went #1 on the R&B charts back in 1960 but the reason I like it is because when I dissect the lyrics the entire song is basically Jackie Wilson threatening to murder some bitch that’s cheating on him. Some disagree with me on that but I’m convinced.

2-26-13 // How the fuck is nobody bumping this joint right now? Now this is what I call a BANGER. Three of the undergrounds finest making this a slept on underground anthem. Three super talented MC’s on one dope beat trading rhymes back to back.

2-19-12 // This beat is hard. Extra P is a beat legend.
Artist: Kid (Kid N Play)
Track: Why Don’t You Stay // 2008
2-18-13 // RAPPER SIGHTING: You ever wondered what happened to Kid N Play from house party? Well a few years back KID put this video out but no one seemed to notice. I haven’t heard anything else from him since. i always thought KID was a great entertainer from movies to rocking the stage.
